Is Sports Betting Legal in Italy?

Online betting is a state concession system: only companies awarded an ADM remote-gaming concession (GAD number) may take bets from players in Italy, and ADM blocks unlicensed sites. Since 13 November 2025 each concession allows a single website domain.
